- Do you sell directly to the public?
- No. Olivya Stone sells exclusively to the trade: interior designers, architects, and procurement teams. If you are working with a designer, they can specify our pieces on your behalf.
- How do I see pricing?
- Pricing is shown to approved trade accounts. Apply for access and, once approved, you will receive a link to set your own password. Pricing then appears across the site whenever you are signed in.
- What are your lead times?
- Standard production is 14 to 16 weeks. With COM it is 14 to 18 weeks, and custom work runs 18 to 22 weeks from DFA approval. Rush production is available at eight weeks for an additional fee.
- Can pieces be made to custom dimensions?
- Most silhouettes can. Send us the dimensions you need and we will confirm feasibility, pricing, and lead time before anything goes into production.
- Do you accept COM and COL?
- Yes, on upholstered pieces. Download the COM form, send it back with your yardage, and we will confirm requirements before production begins.
- What is Quick Ship?
- Quick Ship pieces are held in finishes we stock, so they leave far sooner than made-to-order work. Availability changes, so confirm with us before committing to a date.
- How is delivery handled?
- White glove delivery is available nationwide. We coordinate with your receiver or installer directly, and freight is quoted per project based on destination and access.
- Can I get a tear sheet?
- Yes. Tear sheets are available for every piece in the collection. Request one from any product page and we will send it across.
