Olivya Stone (Harper House LLC, doing business as Olivya Stone) is a furniture company in Los Angeles, California, selling exclusively to the trade. We only collect what you give us through the site's forms: your name, email address, phone number, firm name, and, where relevant, a shipping address, resale certificate number, website, and the content of your message. That happens when you apply for a trade account, request a quote or contact us, request a showroom appointment, order finish samples, or sign in to a trade account.

We do not buy data about you, we do not collect information from data brokers, and the public site can be browsed without giving us anything.

To do the thing you asked: review your application, answer your enquiry, price your quote, confirm your appointment, ship your samples, and operate your trade account. We may also email you about your account or your requests. We do not send marketing email lists, and we never sell or rent your information to anyone.

The site sets one cookie, and only when you sign in: the session cookie that keeps you signed in to your trade account. There are no advertising cookies, no tracking cookies, and no third-party ad networks on this site. Our visit statistics are collected without cookies and without identifying individual visitors.

Like most websites, we run on professional infrastructure: our site host, our database provider, and our email delivery service process data on our behalf to make the site work. They are bound to use it only for that. Beyond those service providers, your information goes to no one, except where the law requires it.

Account information stays for as long as the account is active. Applications, enquiries, quotes, appointment and sample requests stay in our records so we can serve you across a project's life. Ask us to delete something and, unless we are legally required to keep it, we will.

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. California residents have these rights under the CCPA, and we extend them to everyone: email design@olivyastone.com with your request and we will act on it promptly, and never treat you differently for asking. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined in the CCPA, so there is nothing to opt out of.

Passwords are stored hashed, never in plain text; connections to the site are encrypted; and pricing and account areas require sign-in. No system is perfect, but the site is built so that the sensitive parts hold the least possible data. The site is intended for design professionals and is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

If this policy changes, the new version appears on this page with a new effective date. This version is effective August 2026.
