In order to protect your fabric order, please ensure all COM / COL that is sent has “signature required” for delivery. UPS / FedEx have a tendency to drop and dash outside business hours. Olivya Stone will not be responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced fabrics if the fabric is not signed for by one of our staff members.
